Does it comply with Colombian Ley 2300 of 2023?
Yes, by design: allowed hours (Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00, Saturdays 8:00-15:00, no Sundays), at most one contact per week per debtor, and a do-not-contact list.
Does the debtor know they are talking to an AI?
The conversation is natural and respectful, and you can configure how the agent introduces itself, including the call recording notice.
What if the debtor disputes the debt?
The AI does not argue: it records the case and transfers it to your team with the full context.
